    The sms.app in the firmware 1.1.2 have the same problem?

    Have someone try to substitute the 1.1.1 version with the 1.1.2 version? Is it works?

    I'd like to know that too...
    I've heard 1.1.2 seems to fix the sms problem.
    Could anyone confirm this please?

    anybody have a clue how to read those message?
    got a message from my bank and i need to know the content of it.
    iPhone (1.0.2>1.1.1>1.1.2) 8 GB - Turbosim (o2 UK)
    iTunes 7.5 (Mac)
    Call In/Out - Yes/Yes
    SMS In/Out - Yes/Yes
    EDGE - Yes
    YouTube - Yes

    i have 1.1.2 on my US phone and problem really fixed!
    now i can receive sms from my bank!!(yes baby!)

    i'm very interested if MobileSMS.app(112) will fix problem on 111.

    please test it and PM

    i just upgraded and can very happily confirm! (edit: oops too eager to reply so you wanna try the 1.1.2 sms app on 1.1.1 but isn't it just the baseband that is different?)
    well web sms i dunno but i got a complete voicemail sms for the 1st time ever!!!
    No gibberish, just the complete voicemail notofication
    i am so happy with my iphone now
    so "just" upgrade and you'll be fine

    I tried to replace the files on my 1.1.1 phone but it didnt work, the sms program just crashes.
