Can some please guide on how to add new wallpaper the iphone using windows. Ive search the forum for some kind tuturiol and found nothing any help would be appreiciated

If you mean new wallpaper on the home screen you need to jailbreak it first.

start itunes and use a cable to connect your phone to your computer.

look for the tab labeled "photos"

check the box next to sync photos from

select the folder where your wallpaper is stored

then sync your phone

next on your iphone goto settings

then wallpaper

select your image

you can drag the image with your finger to position the image

then hit the set wallpaper button

and your done
