I have two iphone's working on 1.1.1 now, maps 1.1.1 seems to react less good on queries then maps on 1.0.2;

With maps 1.0.2 when I just had to type the name of a restaurant and the city and 80% of the cases in France, Belgium or Netherlands maps would find the right restaurant or store.

With maps 1.1.1, the same queries return "no search results found" on 90% of the searches entered without address.

Any clues?
