Default iPhone lost it's WiFi in my home (192 to 168)

So, I have WiFi in my home. First, I jailbroke using jailbreakme.com , then I installed AnySIM 1.1 from Installer, so WiFi worked. Also, Safari worked, but not iTunes nor YouTube. At some point, they started working as well
Then I wanted to upload some files with WinSCP and entered the IP address, username (root), password (tried both dottie and alpine) and set it to SCP (I think). The IP address was 192.168.xxx.xx or something like that. I didn't get access to the iPhone from WinSCP and got errors every time.
After that (or maybe just randomly) the WiFi stopped working, it's showing that it's full signal and connected but in reality, no application requiring WiFi works. I also noticed that the DHCP IP Address in the iPhone settings changed to 169.254.xxx.xxx .
I read from the net that the IP address changes like this when the device can't connect to the router. I've tried resetting Network settings, forgot, resetted all settings from my iPhone, but nothing has helped. I have a home server so I can't do a reset to our router as well.
I'd be grateful if anyone helps me.

PS: Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Estonia.

169.254.xxx.xxx or 168.254.xxx.xxxx ip's are not fuctional, there are obtained when the DHCP server is not available or there was a problem obtaining a new IP (DHCP server failed), just add ur IP manual and problem solved, but i suggest u to call ur ISP support and reset your router to the default settings.

Check DHCP is still running on your home server.

It sounds to me like you are failing authentication . Some routers give you a dummy IP address rather than through you out . Check that you are not mac autheticating , and check your mac has not changed .

I can't actually, my father won't allow me to take the security off or reset the router settings (there are some completely new programs on it to make the home net work fully), I'm using a PC and where should I add the IP address manually?
And none of these posts actually explain how come it worked before but doesn't work now... I don't understand it at all. I'm still suspecting it has something to do with WinSCP.

    - WinSCP has nothing to do with that!

    - ask your dad for help, and tell him that u need to do a lil test!, if he says no, yell at him, tell him that he is the worst that ever and you are not his son and run away!!!!

I now opened another iPhone and it works with my WiFi, just like the other one in the beginning.
As an explanation, my father said that he can't change or take the WiFi key off.
