Default iPhone iPod functionality randomly stopping while using Safari

I have found what could be a weird bug with my software unlocked iPhone. While I am using safari and the iPod functionality, the iPod will randomly stop. I don't mean skip, I mean the play icon in the upper right hand corner goes away, and when I go back to the iPod application, it is back to the default starting screen.

    Has anybody else seen this?

Same. Even while playing some of the games (iBlackjack) songs will kak.

Safari just dies and goes back to Home every so often. I think it has something to do with site scripting and the memory constraints of this mini-version of Safari.
Can I sync my iPhone to my Newton?

I wonder if this has to do with the unlock. We changed the baseband settings and I wonder if there is a bug in the tty setting?

It doesn't have anything to do with the unlock, I think. Its a pretty known issue.

I wish Apple would fix this.

I don't see anything about it in their support database yet...

If this is a problem with the shipping Apple product it's a fairly large problem, considering most people would probably be listening to music while using Safari.

Same problem here. iPod music quits playing while I'm surfing with Safari. I don't think it has anything to do with pinching, but it does seem to occur while Safari is busy with something.

So we're pretty sure it wasn't a bug in the baseband code, but a infrequent issue with all iPhones?
