When exactly does it get warm?? It does get quite warm when you are on a call, the wall charger is attached and the wifi is on...

mine got a bit hot the first few weeks I had it now it doesn't get hot at all.
I think it is just the battery discharge giving of heat during heavy use. Just run
it flat a few times then the battery life gets a bit better and the heat may go away.

don't forget to change back the Settings/General/Auto Off to 1 or 2 minutes
if you keep it on NEVER, it starts to cook after a while when docked ....

mine gets hot with heavy usage..but it keeps my hand nice and toasty on a winters day

if it gets really hot, it means some process/app has crashed and is hoging the CPU. Just reboot and that should fix it.

GBA emulator tends to make it extremaly hot but you can tell looking at some roms (sucky) performance

using much CPU causes heat. So install Process Monitor and check whats going on.

With doing long phone calls my cat likes the iphone. Just lying next to it for some mins after the call ;-)
