Guys,

Iphone conpletely working on Vodafone UK.
SMS both ways.....OK
Calls OK
Roaming in Europe....OK
WIFI OK
Youtube.....OK

Working on a GPRS connection, any ideas. Changed the APN settings but so far no connection...any ideas?? Looks like it must find an EDGE server and won't log on to GPRS if present.

My working settings on Vodafone are:

APN: internet
Username: web
Password: web

What type of uliocking solution did you use? Tuirbo Sim? Hardware?

Hardware.......Started out quite confusing as many pogs written for mac....but got the hang of it after a day or so. Might buy a mac now...learn't alot!!

what sim have you got .. a V1 as I cannot get inbound SMS from Vodafone UK.. I used the unlock pack ..

I'm a little unsteady with a soldering iron and was wondering if there's anyone out there around London (UK) who can perform hardware unlock on a coule of phones?

There is no soldering iron needed, just read the post above (sticky) with the Needle solution. Still not easy I guess (havent done it yet), but definitely easier than the Soldering way. Just a note, watch out as a lot of iBricks are being produced.
