iPhone Dead Pixels
I got 3 iPhones, but 2 of them have so many dead or stuck pixels on the screen. Those dead pixels are not big, but they are really annoying when I watch movies. I brought one to Apple store to exchange it, and I got new one which is worse than the one I had. The Apple techs said that every iPhone has some dead or stuck pixels.

I have 3 iphones, and sold a 4th. None of them have or had any bad pixels. Screen manufacturing technology has improved considerably in the last few years and there is no longer an excuse for bad pixels on a screen of the iphones size, much less on 20 inch monitors. Many manufacturers now offer a zero tolerance guarantee on their products. Apple is not one of them but I have yet to see a bad pixel.

after an update from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 i had something that looked like a dead pixel (right over the dock) which was absolutely annoying and visible...
today after installing several apps (including BSD Sub, squid, kb and international fix) i don't have it anymore.... weird!!!

I don't have any dead pixels but mine does have a bit more backlight leakage at the bottom edge than I've seen on others.

Actually Apple website has a video that flashes the screen to fix the dead or stuck pixels. I've tried so many time flashing my iPhone's screen, but It didn't work for me. If someone wanna give it a try, here is how Apple tech told me to do:
"Go to widgetaria.com on your iPhone. Click pixel fix then click
launch. If a movie of flickering colors plays, then it is working."

The flickering screen will fix only stuck pixels. It will not help dead pixels. Dead pixels can not be fixed.
