so what do we do with a iphone which was unlocked and suddenly, i received a call just before, shows the message use an approved sim.
I restored the phone using Itunes and sadly upgraded it.
Then downgraded it with 1.1 to 1.0.2 ispw file. i couldn't get it to work with apptap but i could use ibrickr with an ibm laptop. Even got anySim on it but the message about the wrong sims stays on it.
So i tried to do the whole thing again but now i cannot get it to downgrade anymore ?
i could "restore and upgrade" so i did (again) but then downgrading wasn't possible. It gave pretty fast the message "the iphone could not be restored an unknown error occurred(1)).
And now the phone doesn't even do the restore and upgrade with the 1.1.1 version ?

Did you try cleaning the SIM card before to do the restore?
