[iPhone] Copy pictures to PC
Hi! I have an unlocked phone that has pictures on it. I would like to copy those pics from my iPhone to my PC. I read that WinSCP can help me with this. However, I have no idea how to use this thing. When I open it up it asks me for a host name, user, password and such. I have no clue as to what to do. Can someone help?

Go to "My computer" when the iPhone is plugged in your PC and you'll see it mounted, you can access the DCIM folder that contains your pictures.

I'm looking to get pictures from my photo library. Not pictures on Camera Roll.

Do you hav SSH installed? If so enter root as username and alpine as password you also need to no your iphones wifi address (you need wifi on you pc)
If you can do that you should get into the file system and after that the pictues should be located in itunes control folder
Im usure if thats the corret folder and unsure where exactly it is but it shouldnt be to hard to find!

The host name is your iPhone's IP address. The username is "root". And the password is "dottie" for 1.0.2 and "alpine" for 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 unless you've changed it.

I had found a program called iThmbConv.exe, because I had photo's on my iPod touch in the photo section and it would not let me take them off. I don't really remember what the commands are so google will be a good resource for you. It will import them as *.ppm files. You have to open photoshop and then save them as jpeg's. Don't know if this will help but it's some input.
Thanks.
