Could anyone please tell me the weight of the iPhone package? Also, how much was the shipping weight of the iPhone, i.e. the total weight of the iPhone in the shipment box it came in? Thanks guys!

The box is 2.0 lb. i don't know the cost for shipment to your country, but with the weight \ you can calculate that.

I have question about shipping also. I have a friend in US and he would ship me an iPhone. He pays for iPhone + tax there and then he ships it. When it comes to my countrey in EU do i have to pay customs duty + tax in my countrey (another 10% + 20%)

There is no special custom duty for mobile phones imported to the european union. The TARIC code is: 8525 2020 000.
You "just" have to pay the import turnover tax which is 20% in Austria, 19% in Germany and so on.

I ordered one online and had it shipped to a friend in the US via Apples free shipping. My friend didn't even open the box from Apple. He pealed off their shipping label, put on a new one with my address, and shipped it via USPS International Express mail. That was on a Friday and it arrived here in the Czech Republic on Tuesday.

The shipping cost was $30. On the customs form he marked the package as a gift and said it was a radio with a value of $40 to avoid taxes.

Can someone please provide an exact weight on these?

I remember shipping at the USPS at 1lb 9oz. However, any of you iphone using drug dealers out there, can you toss it on the balance and get a weight for us?

exact weight is 1.2 lbs without outer box ( rounded by carriers to 2 lbs)
with a box 7 X 7 X6 it is 1.8 lbs still rounded up to 2 lbs ball park
a shipped iphone weighs 2lbs.
