iPhone basically dead: what do I do?
Okay, so I went outside today (it was about 85 degrees F out) and I had my iphone in my pocket. So i'm sitting down, sweating, playing NES on my phone. For some reason, the NES emulator decides to crap out, so then my screen turns black except for the little bar at the top which indicates my service provider; etc. I try to turn it off, but it doesn't work. Then I do the power button + home button thing to manually shut off the iPhone. Now, I can't get past the "Slide to Unlock" screen. One time, I was able to make the slider move about 3/4 of the way there, and then the iPhone froze + i had to manual reboot. As of now, I cannot get to the springboard, no matter what I do. The iPhone doesn't respond immediately to me pushing buttons + the screen turning on. For example: I push the slepe button, and maybe a full minute later the screen flashes on, then turns off. I'm sure it's fully charged. My current theory is that the processors burned out or something, because it was a pretty hot day + it's always in my pocket + i was play NES. I've already unlocked + everything'd my iPhone, so what are my current options? PLEASE help me!
PS: It doesn't seem to sync/communicate with the computer anymore, so a restore/whatever wouldn't work.

Seen it on this forum a couple of times...but have you tried holding down the Home button and plugging in the USB cable?

This is not possible for people located outside the US.

That i know my dear friend Locked. But if it's broken, it's broken. So sending it back to where you bought it from and get a replacement is the only way to solve it when you have a broken phone.

Actually it is, just hand it over to a friend, who is traveling to the States. Ask your friend to show it to the nearest Apple store/center.
Before that, it might be helpful to register on the Apple website (apple.com/register), by entering your serial number, so apple has a track of your name and the serial number.

A.) I'm native to the United States. That first message was written in a state of frenzy, which explains my craptastic grammar + whatever.
B.) I tried the link that Gibberish gave me, and it was a total success. Also, I used the AppTapp method of unlocking made by CarlosValdosta, and now my iPhone is actually better than before. Also, Gibberish: you have no idea how totally awesome you are for directing me to that thread. Saved me from a hell of a lot of awkward conversations over at the Apple Store.
