About LinkBacksThis problem is doing my head in. I have spent ages trying to find a solution without success.
My iphone 2G is stuck without IMEI / WIFI / Sound and all the rest of the problems that come with this.
I can restore successfully to 1.02, 1.1.1, 1.1.3, & 1.1.4 .
Has anyone solved this problem? All the forum posts I have seen date back to 2007.
If you can help please be as detailed as possible. Many thanks to anyone that can.

What is the unlock history of the iPhone? what tools were used for unlock in the past?
It is not surprising that all the threads are from 2007 that was when most people were using OS1.xPlease read the stickies & search forum before posting!

No I dont have bluetooth. That is disabled as well. The phone was unlocked on 1.1.4 when I bought it. I am not sure exactly how it was unlocked but something to do with BSD subsytem Open SSH and Term VT. I updated the phone to the latest version and used blackrain to activate. I could not unlock it though so some forum suggested erase all content and settings. When that was complete my phone was bricked.
