when u say restore, do u mean DFU restore? If not then try DFU restoring, and if that doesn't help then erase baseband using kiphone and then DFU restore
cheers and good luck
P.S DO NOT USE ZIPHONE!!

Get the latest info for NoAccSplash
Here
Currently it should work on iOS 4.x - 6.x

If you'd like to help extend its functionality, the source is also available.

being good to ziphone ... ziphone might have worked for 9 out of 10 iphones if you want... but that one time that fails ... causes a lot of headaches with users coming here and whining about their bricked iphones .... help me help me when they used a "tool" with stolen software and work from others. thats why.
back on topic.... did the tutorial work/?? did you recover your phone?

This has nothing to do with zipphone,
Ive had this happen to me with iliberty for windows.
And after this happend nothing would get it back, then i ran zipphone and I got it all back,
Yes I probably goofed up with the choices in iliberty.
Dude this is what you need to do.
a. Uninstall all itunes components.
b. Install Itunes 7.5 and then do a DFU to 1.1.4
c. Then you can try your luck with kipphone. Kipphone for windows will not work 90% of the time.
d. Then try iliberty
if all else fails. Run zip phone. This will give you a working 1.1.4 phone.
Then go to itunes 7.8 and do a DFU to what ever version you want.
