Hiya im new here what a great forum sorry if this has been posted before if i no what i was looking for i would have alook around but no idea eveytime i turn my iphone on i get this picture and it wont do anythink? any help will be great

I dont think my pc find or install the phone as there no info or sound when i plug it in?

With iTunes installed your computer should detect the iPhone.

Nothing it just seem died wont charge or connect to computer if i press the button on the top sleep/wake it come on only to that itunes screen nothing else ? any help before i cry

Remove and reinstall iTunes using one of the following guides. (there is a guide for XP also, if you are still using that OS, search for it)

Otherwise, try a different machine and/or a different cable.
