I tried unlocking it, but when i did do this i help the power button and home which caused it to go into reset mode. I tried installing 1.1 again that is what itunes said to do and now the phones screen is stuck with the power cable going into the cd and i dont know how to fix it. Can anybody help.

If you are using a PC try running ibrickr - It should give you the option to boot the phone
