    Default InvisibleShield Screen Protector!

Has anyone used the Ivisible shield screen protector for the iphone? Does it worth to put it? I have also heard that there is a problem with the touch screen when you remove it! Anyone has any experience from this?

I have an invisible skin from BestSkinsEver. I've been using their products for over a year now. I've recommended it to new Macbook owners, helped them apply it and they love it. I've purchased from both companies so I can say that they are the SAME material. I've used it on digital cameras, BlackBerries, Razr2 and 7 Macbooks. No peeling after one year so far (knock on wood).
BSE is so much cheaper. Who cares about lifetime warranty? You are overpaying if you buy from ShieldZone. I have not had to replace a skin on any of my electronics. Just follow the instructions, apply it on correctly and you won't have to worry. I have a BSE full body skin on the iPhone right now, I can't tell its there but I won't need to worry about being extra careful when handling it. I also won't need a case that adds even more bulk to the iPhone's sexiness

But hey, it's your money, I'm just giving feedback and advice so if you want to spend a premium just for their "lifetime warranty", be my guest.

Talking Fiddly - but worth it!!

I've put one on my iPhone
I got the shieldzone one, the full body shield. It's awesome.

it covers more than the bestskinsever one does, but is probably a similar material.
you get these corner dot things that mean that 99.5% of your iPhone's surface area is covered (not including very small bits of the corners, and the sim tray, and the dock connector).

seriously, patience is the key here! TAKE YOUR TIME!

the screen protector (front side) is an absolute doddle to put on. literally took me about 10 seconds. Clean the screen, wet the sticky side of the skin thoroughly with the solution they give you, put it on the screen, straighten it up, and use the squeegee thing that they give you to squeegee out the extra moisture. So easy!
the screen protector is the best I've used. I've used one that came with a belkin case I bought, one of the ones I bought at an apple store when I got my iPhone, and this one. The reason it's the best is it doesn't really collect fingerprints. It has slightly more drag than the others but I prefer it that way, gives more tactile feedback.

the back side on the other hand is a bit more complicated to get perfect. It's essentially the same process, but is harder because of the contours of the iphone.
In fact I wanted mine absolutely perfect, so I took it off and reapplied it a total of five (!) times.
It was well worth it though, cause now my iPhone is totally protected (this thing is really durable and will not come off easy - I have had one on my first gen nano which has been perfect since they first released them! 3 years or something!)
I'm a massive fan of these skins. IMO get the bestskinsever one if you don't have the time or patience to get the invisibleshield one on perfect, cause it is a bit more fiddly (due to a slightly more complicated design) but IMO well worth the extra effort.
It is hard to get the sides to stick down, I suspect that this will be the case with the bestskinsever one too.

I have a speck case, and had a couple of tiny (0.5mm by 1mm max) air bubbles under the sides of the invisibleshield. I used the speck case to put slight pressure on the sides of the shield overnight while I sat the iPhone (to allow the skin to set) on a radiator that was not very warm.

In summary - excellent shields. Well worth the $25, they come with a lifetime guarantee. A bit fiddly to put on (especially if you want them perfect) but well worth the effort, they will stay on forever and protect your iPhone perfectly.
