I tried one of the Powersupport screen protectors, had it on before the invisibleshield one.
The crystal film set is that little bit clearer than the shieldzone one, I do have to concede that.
BUT (there's always a but!) IMO the invisibleshield is far far more durable in terms of scratch protection.
also, the crystal film collected dirt and oil from my fingers like crazy and it drove me mad, the invisibleshield doesn't seem to do this to anywhere near the degree that the crystal film did.
there is no residue from the removal of either protector though, so it's up to you. personally I went for the shield as I believe the extra protection is warranted when the phone is taken care of by butterfingers!
I haven't tried the BSE one but now that I have some left over solution and the squeegee (which does work a lot better than a credit card did on my old nano invisibleshield), I'd be more inclined to pay less on future products...

i got the shield zone one, its alright. i have 2 issues with it
1 is that the buttons ont eh phone are not raised much and having the full body shield on makes the rise between it and the buttons VERY minimal.
2 is that i get alot of crap building up on the edges around home button, camera and phone ear speaker.

other than that its alright, it does what it says. although i find the touch screen is more sticky than slidy like glass (not huge though) and the back cover was rediculous to get on, took me a few tries and like 3 hours and its not perfect. and now its bubbling a little and getting linty on the corners.

im concidering taking it off, or atleast the back part. i dont think its needed, maybe ill cut it up and just cover the shiny apple lol.

Does anybody have know if the protectors reduce the screens sensitivity? I mean, will applying one make it harder to flick and select stuff?

Agreed on most of your points. It does collect oil (no dust, though) much like a condom-less iPhone screen does, so you still have to clean it. Having used similar screen protectors as the InvisibleShield on my Newton and subsequent Palms, I wanted something that felt the same as no-protector. The crystal film is what it is; It's a fairly simple static-cling stickon that is barely noticeable and provides a small amount of protection. They don't have a full body shield a la ShieldZone or Bodyguardz but I think the anodized aluminum back of the iPhone does a decent job at scratch resistance. (I'm still looking for a case that I like, though...something like the Contour Design showcase...)

Am I the only one who has left their iPhone completely naked since June 29th? It looks just as good as it did when I opened the box (except for some very minor scuffing on the black plastic back from sliding in and out of the dock).

I had a ShieldZone protector for my 1st-gen nano... which was nice at first, but then got all nasty around the edges. But I just don't see the need with the iPhone; the thing is durable as hell, making screen protectors seem pointless.

Definitely not. I barely touch the screen with BSE's full body skin and the sensitivity is still amazing. Get it! Protect your $500 investment!

not really, mine jumps around (by jumps around i mean i can be scrolling down slowly and whoosh! you're at the top) when using safari sometimes but maybe everyones does that?

and for who ever asked about visibility shieldzone is 99.9% not visible. you can see it when the screen is off and there is overhead light. but when its in use it cant be seen. and it really does get better with time, put it on and wait a week and it will be perfect.
