I installed insomnia and it worked fine, but endless.

If i turn it off - the "on"-sign disapears but the apps are still working
after 10min. in sleep mode.

I also deinstalled insomnia but iphone still don´t want to go to sleep!
wich is bad because there is not only the issue of increase of battery- i
am affraid it changes to gprs/edge if i loose wifi and this could be
expensive.

I am using insomnia 1.0 on an 1.1.4 Iphone, which is jailbreaked by
ziphone2.5

Could you please tell me how to delete it completly from my iphone - i
wan´t to try a reinstall...

I rekon you should do a restore in iTunes

Or find the repo that you got it from and look at the web address of it in your browser. Then go to the insomnia.app script and look to where installer put all the files. Then, ssh into iPhone and manually delete those files.

Hope this helps. Remember, a restore will allways properly fix it ist something screws up

You could try reseting all settings also. Worth a try before you restore completely
