You can import the vcards into outlook and the from outlook via itunes to your iphone
If you do not have outlook, you can use Address Book (it is under Accessories)

You can drag them over in the address book, then they will all open up and you then need to press "Save" or "OK" to them all

Looks like iPhone PC Suite has had another name change: after "91 PC Suite" it is now "Lazy Panda".

    iPhone 3GS / 3.1.2 JB (PwnageTool) / 04.26.08 carrier-locked, Carrier Logo Fixer / Cydia / 1000 posts on Hackint0sh

Installing Cydia programs on a phone that has no internet connection: read this.

Editing binary .plist, .strings, .nib and .xib files:
    * on your computer: Windows tool / conversion website.
    * on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).

I would say this App is a life saver, couldn't imagine to find this App on the same day it has been released..
I was able to transfer my 1,600 contacts from Nokia to the iPhone perfectly..

The Outlook really bad for this, it doesn't copy more than 1 mobile for the same contacts, and I use to have 3 or 4 phone numbers of the type mobile for the same contact. The Outlook copies only 1 to the iPhone and ignore the rest.

But this App, just copied all the mobile numbers:
Read vCard for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

However, make sure not to import your Contacts more than 1 time ! as then you will need to delete the duplicates manually. This App doesn't do Sync, it just import to the Contact.

Check out here: Cre iApp Zone: My App (1): Vcard Backup
It is a newly released app, supports all types of phone numbers or fax numbers (home, work, other) URLs, Birthdays....
Bulk import VCFs to your iphone.

    Updated on 18 Aug:
Version 2.0 is just released today.
    Supports the following cool functions:
    1. send the backup contacts in one VCF file, and send via email. Once you open the VCF attachment from your mail, it will enable you to import all the contacts right away with one button click.
    2. quick viewing for VCards that are added to the App's file_sharing via iTunes. You can make calls or sms... or selectively add particular contacts to your address book.
