IMEI: Unknwon ICCID: unknown
I was a step 7 and right after I ran the ieraser I lost wifi signal and I could not continue so I tried to restore but I got the endless reboot, so I tried the new fix using the 3.1 version of AppTapp Installer on my brothers imac and I was able to get out of the endless reboot but I get the following message on my phone now "Repair Needed iphone cannot make or receive calls". and I clicked on the i and guess what my IMEI & ICCID are both showing as unknown. So I did the 20 steps from hacktheiphone.com (i ran jailbreak and iphoneactivation) and I was able to get in but I got no wifi (it's shaded grey) and I got no IMEI and ICCID. I'm guessing when I ran the ieraser I wiped out my phone files and software. Is it possible to put everything back? I know what my IMEI and ICCID numbers are as well as the device ID. Your input would help I'm really stuck.

don't reboot after running ieraser because wifi won't work. If you decide not to continue the steps at that stage you need to either restore, or flash the baseband back to repair the zeros you wrote with ieraser. In order to flash the baseband you would have needed to have a terminal and the fls file already installed on your phone. That should reallly be step 6b because if you accidently ground the 1.8V which is really easy to do with pins wifi breaks and you need to reboot. The reason is the zeros you wrote to the firmware prevent wifi from working after a reboot.
see "I lost wifi - now it just says "No Wi-Fi"" for more info: http://iphone.unlock.no/
