Default image stabilization program for iphone camera?

Is there any? This carmera pretty much sucks if there is any motion? Is there a program that can run on top of the camera program to assist in stablizing the image?

one thing that may help you is that the camera does not take a picture till you release the button. You can push the button, stablize yourself and then release. Just a suggestion.
