I found these
Used the mp3s without a problem, no need to convert before using the iphoneinterface to put them on your phone:

I also have a zip file with about 20 popular ringtones i created from MP3s.. if anybody wants it just give me your email.. I have them on my xdrive so I gotta send you the invite to download them.
