Been having this problem with iASign all day ....
I type in the .pem,device id, IMEI, ICCID and the whateveryouwant.plist and I get this

Usage:
./iasign.mac --state
./iasign.mac --deactivate
./iasign.mac --backup <filename>
./iasign.mac --automatic <private key file>
./iasign.mac --generate <private key file> <DeviceID> <IMEI> <ICCID> <out_filename>
./iasign.mac --fromxml <filename>
B-Ds-iMac:~/desktop/iASign/bin Dspowerbook$

but no .plist file is generated ...

Anyone that can shed some light?

Also just tried iNdependence and got this ...

Activation failed with code -402653165.

am I missing something/done something wrong?

Hello this error is because, the iphone is not complety jailbreak, you can try jailbreak the iphone with ifuntastic, and run independence again.
