:everything was fine on my iphone but sudenly when i went to the ipod to hear songs there was nothing there all of my songs ware gone no songs no video no nothing so i look at settings general about and i see 0 songs 0 video but it still takes my room 4 giga to be exact i connect it to itunes it first ssais it needs to be backed up so i do that and it shows me 4 gig of other not songs or video i dont know how to delete it so i can put my real songs and videos plz help
