Default I broke my iphone trying to activate

Hi, I'm pretty sure I broke my iphone. I was trying to activate it with this app tapp and it froze up. When I went to restore with itunes I was told:

The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occured (2003).

Its broke huh? I mean I should have figured I couldn't activate it. I did nothing but follow the simple instructions in the "Flawless Windows Activation" thread, and this is the result. Anyone have any ideas? Or is it a paper weight? TIA

    Default don't understand

I don't understand why so many people are desperate to unlock their iphones if the software unlock is almost here.

I have also think about doing the hardware unlock but I have decided that it is better to wait for the software unlock to avoid any problems with my iphone.

I don't like to try to open the back cover and found that it has a minimal scratch, or a broken support.

I don't think she's tryign to unlock- she's just trying to bypass activation to use on att with the two step method posted in this forum (apptap + youbube)

Take a look at www.hacktheiphone.com and checkout the restore options via Mac/PC outside of iTunes.
