What do i do now, how do i unlock it i just paid £169 for it .... anyone done this

Well, you should read the stickies. First off, what firmware and baseband are you running? The unlocking process is very easy. Plug your iPhone into the computer, download a program (PWNAGE, iLiberty+/X, ZiPhone), then use the program to unlock. Are you on a PC or a Mac?

OK, download iLiberty+ or ZiPhone 3.0, probably iLiberty+, although I am more familiar with ZiPhone. Download it and install it or whatever you need to do. Plug your phone in to your computer then tell it to activate/unlock/jailbreak. I'm not sure how it is set up though. But it should be pretty simple with the GUI.

Oh, if you use ZiPhone DONT click do it all! that will downgrade your bootloader. Just click advanced options and ONLY select unlock/activate/jailbreak then click perform actions. It may be different with 3.0, last version I used was 2.4 lol
