Default [How to] tether iphone to laptop with $20 plan ?

I have seen a number of articles on how to tether my iphone to a laptop with the $6.00 TZones plan and even got it to work for me. I would like to upgrade to the $20 plan for better speed but am wondering how to do the tethering in that situation.

    Thanks in advance?

I used Tiny Proxy with the T-Mobile $6 plan, with the below configuration file. What would I use for the Upstream Server if I switch to the T-Mobile $20 plan (Total Internet)? Will 216.155.165.50:8080 still work or do I need something else? Has someone here tethered with the $20 plan?

    ##
    ## tinyproxy.conf -- optimized for iPhone
    ##

    # run as (less privs the better)
    User nobody
    Group nogroup

    #run on
    Port 8080
    Timeout 600

    # log only errors
    Logfile "/var/log/tinyproxy.log"
    LogLevel Critical

    PidFile "/var/run/tinyproxy.pid"
    Upstream 216.155.165.50:8080

    # set us to 2 connections max
    MaxClients 2
    MinSpareServers 1
    MaxSpareServers 2
    StartServers 1
    MaxRequestsPerChild 0

    # allow/deny list, keeps this pretty strict (ie. your laptop ip only)
    Allow 127.0.0.1
    Allow 192.168.1.0/16
    Allow 10.0.0.0/8

    # allow connecting on nonstandard web ports
    ConnectPort 443
    ConnectPort 563

    # let everyone know you are on your iPhone
    ViaProxyName "app-on-a-cell-phone"
