Default How to sync backups of your iPhone

I've upgraded 1.0.2>1.1.1>1.1.2>1.1.3.... yes with unmentionable problems, but in the end, I was able to get 1.1.3 with 1.1.2 baseband.

During the upgrading, iTunes asked me if I wanted to restore to my original settings. I didn't bother b/c I was upgrading again. Now that I'm all set, there was no option to restore my settings. I checked out iTunes Preferences and under iPhone, there are a couple of dates I want to revert to. Is there a way of pushing iTunes to do this?

My contacts, calendar, mail, and ringtones (only has marimba) are missing

I used the official 1.1.3 method

    thanks in advance
