Does anyone know of a writeup for Springboard/ SummerBoard Mods?? I would like to change the colors etc on my iPhone but have no idea how to and have searched quite a bit with no luck. I have found some wallpapers and icons to use but do not know where to upload them..??

You upload icons to /Applications on your phone.

Each application has a folder and in each folder is a file called icon.png. You just replace that.
