Hi folks,

Does anybody know how to return a faulty iPhone directly to Apple for warranty repairs?

I loathe to take it back to the store I bought it from as it's a long way away, and I know the service will be slow.

I understand you can mail it direct to Apple but can't find out the address or procedure. I emailed Apple but they ignored my main question and just sent me a link to iPhone support pages - twice!
