Anyone know how to delete all the sent email addresses (history) from the iPhone?

I tried deleting the account, and re-creating it, but it still has them all.

Kind of annoying....

EDIT:
Found it....have to edit a sql type database file...
File to edit;
/private/var/root/Library/AddressBook/AddressBook.sqlitedb

Need to clear the unwanted entries in table ABRecent, and upload the file back to iPhone.
