Default How to remove Apple applications?

Guys.. I have searched but couldn't find the answer to this:
I would like to remove some apple applications that I don't use. Such as Stock etc. Is there a way to remove those?

    I have 2G, 1.1.4

    Thanks...

I wouldn't recommend deleting system apps like that, it will likely cause you problems.

I forget now but I think BossPrefs is on 3.x installer, if so you can use poof to hide the things you don't want 2 see.

yea cuz if you accidently delete something and you want it back... no chance
Get the latest info for NoAccSplash Here
Currently it should work on iOS 4.x - 6.x
If you'd like to help extend its functionality, the source is also available.

Well first of all I say you upgrade to the latest version of iPhone OS, 2.2.1. Then download&install "SBSettings" from Cydia. This will allow you not to delete the apps you don't want but it will hide them so they won't cover any space on your Springboard.

By the way, there is no chance that you can delete system apps.

Stocks is not a system app.
As the old iPhone guides (1.1.4 and even older) explained, you can simply access the file system and remove the directory of app.

    Also,
    ayfone... Please, upgrade to 2.2.1.
