There are no "easy" programs to do this, the solutions are advanced and rely on forensic techniques.

But the AppleXsoft File Recovery for Mac software what I konw Supports Mac file recovery from iPod, FireWire and USB 2.0 Disk Drives. Supports forensic feature, for forensic investigations or security investigations. maybe it can help??
As the iPhone doesn't make it's filesystem available as a USB mass storage device - you cannot use any general purpose mac file recovery software directly against the iPhone.
What is possible is to boot from a ramdisk and make a 100% disk image of the iPhone data partition - then use a file recovery tool that can support HFSX file systems to try and recover your data from this disk image.
Msft.guy's SSH ramdisk is a good starting point for this.

In fact, there are two ways for you to recover your deleted photos from iPhone. First, you can use a third-party tool to directly scan and recover pictures from your iPhone. Second, if you've synced your iPhone with iTunes, you also can regain your deleted pictures by extracting your iTunes backup file.
Meanwhile, there is also a thing you should pay attention: Turn off your iPhone and don't use it untill you find those photos, and don't sync your iPhone with iTunes, avoiding iTunes backup being updated.

Copy your iPod, iPhone and iPad back to iTunes & PC. Do what iTunes can't!
System re-install, computer repair, iTunes crash, or unknown reasons lead to your data lost in your computer? Do you want to copy your videos, music, files, contacts into your computer or PC for backup & management? In this time, what you need is a powerful Apple Devices transfer tool: this iphone manager can help you to sync/copy your contents in iDevice to your PC including any data such as photos, pictures, contacts,SMS, videos, and more.
