guessing u used home? Its cua it drops the latest band on 3.9bootloader.

I found out what the problem was, I installed a 1.1.3-1.1.4 compatibility patch, and that messed my iphone up! when I uninstalled it, settings wouldn't work anymore... so, BEWARE!
