Default How to minicom into tty.debug ?

hi, can someone please tell me what's the magic trick needed to minicom into /tty.debug?

I thought that you could do it without unloading the CommCenter, but even with the CommCenter unloaded I get a

minicom: cannot open /dev/tty.debug: Resource busy

What dependencies does tty.debug have? Surely it must be one of the com.apple.... files, but I'd prefer to know which one precisely as opposed to disabling them all.

    thanks in advance

Did you really unload commcenter with the -w option?
It happened to me with basic unload.
    UICtl might help ;-)
    something like : launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
