Default How to make Voicemail button dial your voicemail

Just found this but thought it was important enough to merit its own thread:

Follow these instructions, to set up your VM number to be used as the number the iPhone dials (thanks mjaste for telling me)

    unload comcenter
    load up minicom, into tty.baseband
issue AT+CSVM=1,"121" (where 121 is your voicemail number)
    it should reply OK
    quit minicom
    load comcenter

The VM button should now work.

Im using this on vodafone uk where the number is 121, with no probs

Did you have a missed call when you performed the unlock? It seems that for anyone that did and did not clear it, this is the end result.

I'm on Tmobile USA and my voicemail button automatically calls my vmail with no altering. Or is this about a different button?
