You can use iBrickr (PC) to install binkit.

Or, if you're on a Mac, you can use Installer.app and install BSD Subsystem. Although I haven't tried it, the developers have also released a Mac app that will do everything for you, including jailbreak, at http://iphone.nullriver.com/beta/
