I finally built up the courage to do the hardware unlock on my iphone last night and it was 100% successful! I took pictures along the way and just posted them online with some brief descriptions...hope some of these pictures may just help some people out there.

I got the black antenna cover easily enough with your instructions. But, I guess I applied too much pressure to the screw hole plate because it broke off! Still trying to figure out how to get that back cover off.

Thanks for taking the time, this will help quite a few folks out, especially those on the verge but because of 1011 are waiting on a sofware release.
