Discuss How exactly do you put a background in SpringBoard? at the General - Hackint0sh.org; I cannot seem to find info on it and I know it cant be hard ...

    Default How exactly do you put a background in SpringBoard?

    I cannot seem to find info on it and I know it cant be hard cause everyone is doing it.

    install Summerboard .. voila!
    1st Gen. 8GB 2.0.2 Working on Vodafone (UK), Orange (UK), LUXGSM (Luxembourg) and Dialog GSM (Sri Lanka).

    No. of iPhones unlocked on 1.1.3 FW: Nobody cares!

    yes..just install summerboard..navigate to the summerboard/themes directory..and change the wallpaper to ur desired wallpaper in one of the preset themes..
    4gb 1.1.3 - Barbados (Digicel)
    calls in/out - yay
    sms in/out - yay
    edge - nay (no edge in Barbados)
    youtube - yay
    wifi - yay

    What is the springboard patch? The one that makes you able to scroll to the right once you have more icons that can fit?

    If so, can I disable it somehow? I want to use SummerBoard like I did in 1.0.2 with vertical scrolling.

    hi, i was wondering why my own pictures of the backgrounds i put are not stretching? on my springboard/summerboard, it shows my pictures with black edges, everythign is clear, i just want it to stretch. any help would be great!

    Just resize your Wallpaper.png 320 x 480...that should do it!!

    I used PhotoShop but I think iPhoto works as well for resizing. Make sure you save or export it as a .png file
