    which ssh do you have
    open ssh?
    drop bear?
you can install UIctl from installer and see which ssh process is running!

    check your UIctl
it is the only way to know which you have
you can also shut it down from there if you don't want it running
I would keep it on the device just in case you ever need to ssh or instal stuff on

What i did was used the 1.1.2 Jailbreak Jave app, then on Cyberduck (mac), i did an SSH connection, removed the SSH program from the phone, then installed OpenSSH from Installer. OpenSSH doesnt show up on the Springboard, which is good

The SSH icon on the SpringBoard is simply an SSH setting GUI. It's NOT SSH. You can hide it with Customize if you don't wanna remove it.
