About LinkBacksi origionally used the tiff method to jailbreak my phone, but that seems to only jailbreak it temporary. is there a method to jailbreak it so i can access the file system?

what do you mean it's temporary? All jailbroken phones will return to their original state once you restore it using iTunes.

well i cant access the file system after jailbreaking using a method without wifi.
