i dont like the name safari and would like to rename the icon to INTERNET

is that hard to do?

Very easy to do, and since I liked your idea - I tried it out myself and it works fine.

Simply download from here:

and copy to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj and replace LocalizedApplicationNames.strings

Or if you are unable to download the file, edit LocalizedApplicationNames.strings yourself - you can change other application names too. Make sure you convert the .strings file from binary to xml first or else you can't edit it. No need to convert back.

Yes. If you use summerboard, go to /var/root/library/summerboard/themes , enter your current theme, go to icons and change the icon name from Safari to Internet - now your icon will work.

How do I add new Applications to the IPhone exepct from installer that comes with the standart one, i mean from other sides, app like Facebook for ex.
do i add more Community Sources and if yes how? i only have Cinceited Software and Ste Packigng on it! i keep reading all this war/root things is it done through that? if yes how? casue if i go direct to the site safari saydsb "safari cant download this file" maybe its easyer than i think but i just need to know how or maybe someone can direct me to a link or other forum from you site!!! please help me!!! thanx
