Hi guys,

I need a way to create a script or something that will copy bunch of files, delete some others and set permissions using SSH

I've been doing this with WinSCP, can I do a script in this program? or can I just do it in the Terminal? if so, How?

There's nothing easier. Why bother with WinSCP? Just write a shell script. You'll find literally millions of sample Unix scripts on the Internet that you can reference to see how it's done. What's more, it'll teach you a little something about Unix which could certainly come in handy with the iPhone.
