first of all, big thanks to iplus's developers and this great hackint0sh community for informations and knowledges.

so far i've unlocked several phones by using iplus what a great tool, but i want my unlock processes faster than ever by install my favorite apps during the unlock process

so far i've noticed that

# VT100
if [ -r ${PL_DIR}/${PL}/Term-vt100.zip ]; then
do_cmd "Installing term VT-100..." unzip -q -o -K -X ${PL_DIR}/${PL}/Term-vt100.zip -d /
fi

will install Term-vt100 on my iphone (Tvt100 will be in my App folder on the iphone with permission to access) (/Applications)


so i edited it to

# VT100
if [ -r ${PL_DIR}/${PL}/app.zip ]; then
do_cmd "Installing my Apps" unzip -q -o -K -X ${PL_DIR}/${PL}/app.zip -d /
fi

which app.zip is my list of apps i want to install, but the result was too bad

every apps was transfered to wrong directory (/) not (/Applications)


any advise about this .. where did i went wrong ?

is perfect...

the only thing you are doing wrong here is that the apps.zip file has a folder called Applications and then all the apps like Labyrinth.app etc... do you get the point?

Makes sense to me, I shall be trying this out myself. I take it there is a size limit to the payload, I'm guessing around 190MB??

sorry mate.. i just wrote what i knew.. i donno about the size limit...

dont worry about the size limit though... how many apps u want there.. you wont reach 190mb.. thats huge.. :p

Very true, I only have 2 1/2 pages of apps at the moment, and I probably don't use them all.

thats ok... lets get some new payloads out here.. with some cool games and apps we all need... this will be such a relief...

I might put one with iPhysics, Nes and some others together. I'm Happy with my phone at the moment though, so unless I find a real reason to restore any time soon, it will take me a while to build and test it. Also, I'm currently experimenting with 10.5.2 on my AMD Hackint0sh so one project at a time methinks. :p

yea.. mayb.. ill go for it... dont see a point though.. its only for those who dont have wifi and want good apps the in one go...
