    Default How can i back up files?

    I want to restore my iPhone and I don't want to lose everything, how can I back up my files on my iPhone? Thanks in advance!

    just plug in your iphone to iTunes and sync. Be sure to copy a folder of your Camera Roll as itunes can't back that up yet. ( i lost some good pictures when i restored).

    i forgot to mention that my iPhone is jailbroken 1.1.3 by ziphone, but how can i back up my apps? is there anyway? might cuteftp professional work? thanks again.
