I was doing the normal sync/charge when the iphone started flickering. as i could not stop it while in the cradle i removed it and tried to turn it off. Now i does not respond to ant restarts such as both buttons for a loooooooog time as well as putting it back in the cradle it does not respond only a white screen. anyonelese?? or does anyone have an idea? its 1.02 and simfree from the first dev release - ssh.

Try this:

# Connect your phone using iTunes, close iTunes and run AppInstaller, this will get your phone in normal mode

OR

# Switch off the phone. Press the Power button first and then hold the Home button till the time you see the 'Recovery mode screen' (keep iTunes running while you do this)

OR

# Power off the phone. Press the Power + Home button for 45 secs to enter into 'Recovery mode' (keep iTunes running while you do this).

cheers - i got it working with a the second option - but it seems very unstable at this point.....
