ok i upgraded to 1.1.1. and it seemed great but all of a sudden my battery performance sucks it takes like 4 hours to go from a FULL charge to a Low Battery alert on my phone.?!?! Im not using any wifi or edge due to i dont have acess to wifi at work and didn't have any t-zones plan till today. before I upgraded it was great lasted 3 days or so. i searched the form and ched everything i have ni SSH or Dropbear i used the pc less upgrade from the fourm did all the updating right on my phone, all went fine no errors at all so is there some thing im doing. Oh i do have summerboard installed and several apps but could it be the summerboard is there a alternative ???? Please help !!!! 500 bucks down the tube if i cant fix it !!!!

welcome to 1.1.1 terrible battery performance is common and theres nothing you can do about it.

You are sure there isn't some SSH process running? Are you using UIctl to unload -w the installed SSH?? Make sure it's really unloaded.

Which unlock did you use? Are you sure you have the correct, patched lockdownd in place? A bad lockdownd can apparently cause the phone to loop in a bad way and drain battery, slow things down, etc.

Also go into Installer and uninstall everything you installed (except maybe BSD subsystem/SSH which you might need at times to help you diagnose). Restart your phone with none of those apps installed, make sure SSH is unloaded and see if it is still having problems.

If you still can't figure it out, restore to 1.1.1 and start over. Give it a day or two to make sure it's working well "clean" before you start installing random apps - that way if something does something bad, you'll be able to isolate the problem.
