and I do get Ip address but no internet

call customer service, mine was active in about 2 days.

when do you think is the lateset I could get it activated?

Call them anyway ask if your request went trough.
Did you try in other areas of your city? for me in some areas I get the IP but I don't get any access at all, very strange,

and they say that it should have been activated
not helping me much

do you think I should remove the service through my t-mobile
and then put back again??
