Default Help!! Stuck in Apple logo with a downgraded 102 when installing SSH

hey everyone, this is not even my iPhone but Im trying to make it work for a friend...with still no success...
this is was I did, it was a virgin/just bought 111 and what I did was to send it back to 102 to upgrade to 111 with the intructions from iNdependence, everything worked fine. It gave me the usual error in itunes in the downgrade, then I quit it, run iNdependence and kicked out of recovery mode. I then activate and jailbreak it and was going to install ssh to make pre-111 stuff and upgrade to 111.
Thing is that when ssh was been installed and it promped me to, I did the second reboot, it stuck in the apple logo for a very long time. So, what I did was to unconnect the iPhone and reboot it again. Again apple logo for a loong time, almost 20min. So I read some people had success with restauring it again. No success in that, it gave me the same error (the one from the downgrade), put the triangle in the screen and then I tried to connect it to iNdependence but it didn't kicked out of recovery mode. So I disconnected it, and relaunch iNdependence and still no success in that. I tried also the home+sleep and what it did was just restart or if I hold them for longer, nothing else, just plain black (not even to recovery mode). can someone give me some help?? it was a simple error in the ssh installation at first but now, it is an ibrick!
Thanks in advance everyone who can contribute something to this problem (and please discart as a solution the "send it to apple" thing)

I had one do this to me - You have to get it into DFU mode manually - Have the phone plugged in - iTunes on - see the apple logo on the phone - Hold home and sleep - as soon as the phone goes black release only the sleep button - The screen will look pixelized (hard to see it) as soon as iTunes comes up with found phone in restore mode release the home button - should restore fine after that
    Enjoy!

ok I just tried that TWICE, but now the problem is that the phone stucks after restoring in recovery mode, when iNdependence suppose to kick it out of it. The triangle stays in the screen while iNdependence says "Disconnect: waiting for iPhone", I can hold both of the buttons (home and sleep) and make it come back to the apple logo, in which, as you know, stucks too...thanks for the tip anyway...
is like the phone doesn't want to boot!
    help please!

btw..when I chose one of the times, to restore it to 111 (not holding the option button) the phone went to the activation screen without problems, thing is that I need to send it back to 102 to prepare it, that is when the process fails...

Do you have access to a pc? You can use iBrickr to boot the phone.
    Enjoy!

is like the phone doesn't want to boot!
    help please!
You didn't fully read what iamiphone.ca said. You need to do a _special_ boot to get the phone in DFU mode (not just haphazardly press and hold the home & sleep buttons). Here's the trick:

    1) Get a stopwatch or a timer of some sort so that you can count exactly 10 seconds
    2) Press and hold both the home and sleep buttons and count exactly 10 seconds
    3) After 10 seconds, release the sleep button (the button on the top of the phone) and continue holding down the home button for another 15 seconds.

If you did this correctly, you should be able to open iTunes and have it see your phone again (and ask you if you want to restore). It may take a couple of tries to get the timing right (the 10 seconds must be exact), but keep trying until iTunes can see your phone again. It will look like your phone is in the regular recovery mode, but it's actually in DFU mode.

Once iTunes sees your phone, use it to restore your firmware back to normal again.
